Terms of Service

rpcard lets you create a roleplay profile and share it by link. By creating an account or using rpcard, you agree to these terms. rpcard is run by the rpcard team.

Who can use rpcard

• You must be at least 13, or older if the law where you live requires it.
• You must be 18 or older to add, view or share 18+ content. Using 18+ features means you’re confirming you are an adult.

Your account

• Accounts use a username and password only. We don’t collect an email address.
• Because there’s no email, we can’t recover a forgotten password or restore your account. Keep your password somewhere safe.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store it and show it to people according to your sharing settings, which is what’s needed to run the service. You’re responsible for your content and for who you share your links with. Anyone with a link can view that profile and pass the link on; you can reset links at any time.

What isn’t allowed

• Any sexual content involving minors, including fictional characters who are, or are presented as, under 18. There are no exceptions to this.
• Sexual content about real people.
• Anything illegal where you or we are.
• Harassment, threats, or sharing other people’s private information.
• Impersonating someone else.
• Creating accounts in bulk or by automated means, or using rpcard for spam.
• Trying to access other people’s accounts or profiles, or to disrupt the service.

We may remove content or accounts that break these rules, without notice.

The service

rpcard is provided as it is, without guarantees. We may change or stop offering it. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from your use of it, including lost content or accounts.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above when we do. Continuing to use rpcard after a change means you accept the new terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
